You must have Administrator rights to perform this task.
This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.
Administrator users can add new Health Rule Sets and new rules for both sleep therapy and Trilogy devices. Rules can also be edited in Care Orchestrator. Changes to the rules are applied to applicable patients in the organization moving forward.
Note: The Patient Level Rule Administrator role can modify and customize existing Health Rule Sets at the patient level. For more information, please see User Roles.
Warning: Health Rules are in place to help manage a patient’s compliance to prescribed therapy. Health Rules are applied only when data is received by Care Orchestrator. Health Rules and Health Tasks are not intended for remote, real-time monitoring, and are not a substitute for direct patient monitoring.
To add a rule set:
Click the Administration tab.
Administration displays.
With the Settings tab selected, click Rules and Reminders. Click the Health and Usage tab.
Rule Sets display.
Click the Add Rule Set button.
Add Rule Set opens.
Name your Rule Set and enter a Short Description.
Select the device for your Rule Set and add and remove rules. Highlight a rule and click the right arrow to move it into your Rule Set. Highlight and click the left arrow to remove it from your Rule Set. Click Save to save the Rule Set.
Rule Set is saved.
At the left, select the Rule Set you plan to remove. Devices can be filtered for your Rule Set by selecting which devices you want in the Select Device filter.
Rule Set is filtered to selected options.
Click the Remove button located at the right of a Rule Set.
Remove confirmation displays.
Note: Removing a Rule Set will remove all rules from that Rule Set. The same rules can be added to new Rule Sets or edited on existing Rule Sets.
Confirm to Remove the Rule Set.
Rule Set is removed.
At the left, select the Rule Set where you plan to make edits. Devices can be filtered for your Rule Set by selecting which devices you want in the Select Device filter.
Rule Set is filtered to selected options.
Click the Edit button located at the right of a Rule Set or rule.
Note: This will edit the selected rule or Rule Set.
Note: Trilogy Evo rules not compatible with other Trilogy devices are labeled (For Trilogy Legacy Only).
Rule or Rule Set is available for edit.
Make the desired edits to the rule or Rule Set and click the Save button.
Rule Set or rule is edited and saved.
At the left, select the Rule Set where you plan to activate or deactivate rules. Devices can be filtered for your Rule Set by selecting which devices you want in the Select Device filter.
Rule Set is filtered to selected options.
Click the deactivate/activate button (
) located at the right of a rule in your Rule Set.
Note: The button's appearance changes as you activate or deactivate rules. Deactivated rules appear gray and are not included in the rule set's applicable rules.
Rule is activated or deactivated.
